All returns must be authorized by Aegean Salon Décor. For authorization, please call us at 770-559-5390. Any returns to Aegean Salon Decor will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which will be provided by Aegean Salon Decor.
Once the return merchandise has been received by Aegean Salon Decor, a refund and/ or credit will be processed within 7 business days.
New unused product in its original packaging is eligible for a return within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund. If the reason for the return or exchange is something other than shipping damages or defects, then the original shipping charge are non-refundable, and Aegean Salon Décor is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the return process.
Returned products with missing or damaged parts or packaging, or those that do not have a RMA will be declined by Aegean Salon Decor and be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. No return requests are accepted after 7 business days from the date of delivery. Aegean Salon Decor is not responsible for any shipping charges involved in the disposition of a declined return and any such products will be disposed of at Aegean Salon Decor’s discretion after 7 business days without proper notification by the consumer (including any applicable fees).
Custom items and special orders are ineligible for any returns or exchanges. Any products that have already been installed and/or connected to plumbing (including but not limited to shampoo backwash units, pedicure spas, etc.) are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
Kit items may not be partially refunded - all parts of the kit items must be present to be eligible for a full refund.
All items without an authorized RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Clearance items are considered final and non refundable and are not subject to returns.
